House Rules:
To maintain a good standard for our renters we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property, but occasional abuse requires the following conditions:
Payment:
A payment is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental fee constitutes acceptance of these Standard Terms and Conditions.
A security deposit is agreed to as part of the rental agreement. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out subject to the house rules being met. It is in place to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra persons beyond those declared, etc.
Cancellation:
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to your accommodation agreement. Please refer to the house rules and policies of your booking to check the conditions of your accommodation.
Alterations:
Paradise on The Boulevard will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked, however, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely case of a booking alteration by Paradise on The Boulevard that is not satisfactory to the renter then any monies already paid will be refunded.
Guest Numbers:
Number of persons should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation. Any additional persons are welcome, however, the renter must contact the owner to arrange payment of the additional person fee.
Check-in/out:
Check-in is 3pm, Check-out is 10am. Paradise on The Boulevard should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Linen:
Linen and bedding are NOT provided and must be provided by the guest (pillows ARE provided)
Water Use:
We are in a low rainfall area, so water saving practices should be observed and water usage kept a minimum. The owners reserve the right to add an additional fee for excess water usage outside of normal use. For example, washing cars, boats, caravans, etc or general poor practice and/or water wastage.
Fire Pit:
Fires can be lit in the provided campfire barrel only, fires elsewhere are prohibited.
Smoking:
Paradise on The Boulevard is a non-smoking environment, please observe this requirement in respect of others. Smoking is permitted outside the building, please dispose of butts etc. thoughtfully.
Pets:
Pets are welcome with conditions (a small fee is payable per pet).
Payment arrangements for pets to be made prior to paying the final fee, at least 30 days before check-in.
Pets are not allowed upstairs on carpeted areas, or on beds and furniture. The renter must ensure the stair gate is closed whenever pets are present.
Security:
For our guest's peace of mind, external security cameras are fitted at front and rear entry locations.
Parties:
Parties and functions are prohibited. The rental fee is for domestic use only. Accordingly, this rate does not allow matters associated with parties or functions such as additional cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of bond and/or additional payments.
Damage and Loss:
Damages, breakages, theft, and loss are the renter's responsibility and additianail payment may be required.
Loss, Paradise on The Boulevard take no responsibility for the renters' private property.
Damage, or breakages are to be immediatly reported to Paradise on The Boulevard using the guest messaging facility of your hosting providor
Guests must strictly observe CFA rules and fire danger warnings. Local authority penalties may apply.
Disturbance:
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pet droppings must be collected and disposed of upon leaving. A shovel is located beside the BBQ.
Variances:
Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
